What types of tools can I use with the Xtraktor™ brand tools? |

Our tools work with any type of socket or wrench. The tools are manufactured and are available with either SAE or Metric hex sizes to fit your specific hand tools. |

You can reorder any of the set components/tools as replacements by contacting your local distributor. You can also contact CJTitan, LP direct for assistance. You will, however, need proof of purchase for your existing set |

How do I get warranty service? |

Your limited lifetime replacement warranty was activated at the date of purchase. If you believe your tool has a defect, contact an Xtraktor™ dealer/distributor or contact CJTitan, LP direct for instructions regarding the return of the tool. |

How do I use Xtraktor™ brand tools with an impact wrench? |

Choose the appropriate tool from the set. Select the tool with the closest diameter that allows a snug fit around the fastener.

Use a hammer and tap the tool onto the nut, bolt, or stud to engage the teeth.
|

Set the impact wrench to rotate in a counterclockwise direction. Utilizing an Xtraktor™ tool with the impact wrench in the clockwise direction will cause damage to the teeth of the tool.

Slide the socket over the hex of the Xtraktor™ tool. Hit and release the trigger of the impact wrench to make sure the teeth are biting into the fastener. Proceed to remove the fastener with the wrench.

Do not allow the tool to spin freely (not engaged) on the fastener with the impact wrench. This will damage the teeth of the tool and is not covered by the replacement warranty. |
